While anger is beneficial, it often outweighs the harm. “The angry burns,” says the Oromo.
Anger awakens your inner motivation to act with boredom. It is a magical force. But it is also common for a few minutes of anger to lead to lifelong regret. Action taken in anger is not beautiful. It is better to be patient and self-controlled!
Many people in this world cannot forgive each other and hurt each other.
They can solve the problem by being down; it breaks bones, sheds blood, and kills. People kill each other for not filling the tack ground. They fight with the car helper for two bucks. Yet the fruit is bitter. You should not act in anger.
Don’t react immediately when something upsets you. Leave it and go home. If people say something that upsets you, don’t talk back. If you do, you won’t get angry.

Save the administration without responding/deciding the matter. The longer it lasts, the calmer your mood will be. Then you answer sensibly.

If you can’t control your emotions patiently, you’ll tear down in minutes what you didn’t build in a year. You get angry and say a word out of place. By doing this, you deny respect not only to the man, but also to yourself. Another is that you secretly let out a sense of anger. You spill secrets during friendships between people. This has three consequences.

Never respond in anger. Stop biting. Let your only response be silence. Perhaps this may seem scary to people. But no one will share the regrets and decisions that await you afterwards. If you stop beating people up, they might call you a “coward.”

So don’t move on before the emotional rain falls on you.
