Waking Up at Night in a Shock

Waking up startling or barking at night is one of the problems caused by sleep disturbance, which affects the lives of many people.

A person wakes up at night for no reason and cannot get out of sleep all night or even after dawn as if what he saw was true.  When a person with this disorder wakes up at night, they sometimes feel as if they are in danger.  He feels a fast heart, shortness of breath, tremors, and severe anxiety.

Some even killed people and destroyed property, including beating, yelling, breaking objects and getting up.  This problem is often caused by symptoms of mental and physical problems( fatigue and laydan).  Some of these reasons are:

↪️ Insomnia: a person may bark if they are not asleep for a long time or if they are cut off by a knife.

↪️ Hormonal or physical changes: for example, during pregnancy, menopausal women and menstrual periods may be more susceptible to these problems.

↪️ Sleeping suspiciously/expectantly: if you sleep suspiciously or expectantly while you sleep, you may wake up if someone wakes you up, or you may wake up on your own.

People with this problem should do the following.

↪️ Adjust your sleep routine: have a constant bedtime and wake-up time, sleep at the same time.

↪️ Exercise during the day: light exercise during the day helps to improve sleep at night.

↪️ Not talking about anxiety/anxiety and sleep before going to bed: for example, not watching scary movies, not talking about what they are afraid of, not worrying and not thinking about what they are worried about.  It’s good to talk about things that make them happy and read religious books.

↪️ Sleep with lights: people who have this problem recurring from severe and long-term psychological trauma should sleep with lights.

Because it helps them to see themselves when they get up and get to know themselves quickly.  If it is bright, they will not recognize themselves quickly and may cause harm to themselves, people and things around them.

↪️ Psychological counseling and medication: If the problem is severe, it is important to consult a psychiatrist and take proper medication.

Getting a restful night’s sleep is for mental and physical health.
