Types of Foods Used for Beauty.

  If there is anything that a human being is always concerned about in his life, it is the beauty of his skin;  I don’t think it’s a mistake to say it’s especially the beauty of his face.

It is no secret that women are more concerned about the beauty of their skin(face) and hair than men. 

That is why mankind has been using various natural ointments to maintain the beauty of his skin since many centuries… and nowadays there are countless factory produced cosmetics…. The number of cosmetics shops we see in cities is almost the same as restaurants and bars.  The purpose of this article is not to say that ‘cosmetic’ ointment is never necessary…. to tell you that the beauty in cosmetics is only temporary and skin and how to achieve true beauty that comes from inner beauty that can stay with us.  Stay with me:

The truth about the beauty of our skin and hair is this “True beauty shines from the inside out, not on the surface of the skin”  If you ask me how to find the true beauty that comes from within, the answer is that true beauty is reflected from the inside out and is found within us. 

If you want your skin and hair to be beautiful and attractive, you need to eat plenty of vitamins, proteins and minerals that help us develop attractive skin and hair by eliminating hair growth, skin rejuvenation and impurities that accumulate under the skin and cause skin diseases.  What should not be forgotten is that there are also foods that cause skin diseases such as acne and small blackheads on the face.

The following are the foods preferred for skin and hair beauty:

1. Carrots– rich in vitamin A which helps in increasing vision, strength of bones and teeth as well as keeping our skin healthy.

2. Injourri– contains vitamin C and various antioxidants to keep our skin healthy and attractive.

3. Lotus/Ocholoni -contains a lot of vitamins A and C as well as selenium which prevents the fine wrinkles caused by sun exposure and aging.  However, too much acai lozenge can cause constipation and expose you to kintarotis, so it is preferable to eat pastured lozenge.

4. Spinach/Cucumber/- vitamins A and C;  it also contains minerals like magnesium, selenium and zinc to keep our skin dry- moisturized and not su-sun.

5.French curve( Red and yellow).
6.Avocados.
7. The Sugar-Enemy.
8.Tomatoes.
9.Shunbura.
10.Black Bolt.
11.The Red Root.
12.Talba.
13.Background Fruit.
14. Using yeast helps us to maintain our natural beauty and health.

Another thing not to forget is to drink plenty of water regularly.  Drink up to 2 liters or 8 cups a day.  It is important to wash our face 1 or 2. Times a day. Washing more than 2 times a day is not recommended.  Because exposure to dryness exposes us to various skin problems.

Garuu loowzii akaayamtuu baay’isuun gogiinsa garaa (Constipation) fiduun kintaarotiif nama saaxilu danda’a waan ta’eef loowzii dheedhii nyaatun filatamaadha.
